First model units open at the Plaza

The first model apartments have opened in the condominium portion of the conversion of the Plaza Hotel, a project that has been known for its secrecy and for releasing little information about its sales to date. The one- and two-bedroom units, facing Central Park on the 12th floor, are the first model units anywhere with furnishings by Versace Home, according to Plaza owner and developer Elad Properties. The Versace designs “contrast with the restored glory of the great landmark public rooms, like the Palm Court and the Oak Room,” said Elad president Miki Naftali. TRD
