Marcus & Millichap gets new city chief

Big changes are afoot in Marcus & Millichap’s New York City operations. Seven years after opening the commercial brokerage’s Manhattan office, partner Mitchell LaBar has returned to the company’s Encino office, the largest and most profitable of the company’s 65 national branches.
