New finance lease at 88 Pine St.

Another lease was signed that will bring finance workers from Midtown to Downtown. Australian firm QBE Insurance Group has taken an additional 76,000 square feet at 88 Pine Street, where it already has 60,000 square feet. The space will accomdate employees from Praetorium Financial, a company QBE recently acquired that is presently based in Times Square.
