Chase plans Ground Zero-area tower

JPMorgan Chase is in talks with officials to build a 1.3-million-foot skyscraper near Ground Zero. The bank has agreed to pay the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey around $300 million for development rights on the site of the Deutsche Bank building at Cedar and Greenwich Streets, which is being demolished. more [NYT]
