Joseph Beninati and James Cabrera, the duo behind Antares Investment Partners, have made a killing building mansions in Greenwich, CT, for the town’s ultra-rich residents. Antares manages about $5 billion worth of Greenwich real estate, a town populated by many financial service executives for whom conspicuous consumption is something of a blood sport.
