Ground Zero arts tenants in flux

At a City Council hearing yesterday, city officials said they would produce a feasibility study in eight weeks regarding cultural development at Ground Zero. Currently, the Joyce Theater is the only organization slated to occupy Ground Zero’s performing arts center; the Signature Theater was also supposed to have space at the site, but has said it will likely not take a lease at the center since sharing the space seems too complicated. more [NYT]
