Avalon Bay’s $250M Brooklyn tower

Details are emerging about Avalon Bay’s plans to build a 42-story tower in Downtown Brooklyn. The development, which Avalon is calling a “community,” will cost $250 million and have 600 market-rate rentals as well as a big ground-floor retail space, according to an article in the Brooklyn Paper.
