The under-construction New York Times building at 620 Eighth Avenue is almost fully leased following two new deals. The Korean architecture and engineering firm Samoo Architecture signed on for 5,300 square feet on the 38th floor of the building. SJP Properties, meanwhile, leased 3,500 square feet, also on the 38th floor. The space will serve as the marketing center for SJP’s under-construction office tower at 11 Times Square. The two new leases bring the Renzo Piano-designed skyscraper to 85 percent occupancy. Forest City Ratner, which is developing the building, did not disclose the lease rates. TRD
