Atlantic Yards hearing today

A hearing is scheduled for Manhattan state Supreme Court this afternoon for one of the many suits that has been filed against Forest City Ratner’s proposed 22-acre Atlantic Yards development in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The lawsuit, which was filed a month ago by Develop Don’t Destroy Brooklyn and 25 co-petitioners, seeks to annul the stadium/office/housing mega-project’s Final Environmental Impact Statement. TRD
