A West Village venue known for its celeb-packed parties was recently placed on the market after shuttering in March. Movida, at 28 Seventh Avenue South, has gone out of business, and the building’s owner is currently looking to sell the property for $4.7 million. The 2,500-square-foot space may soon be home to a Duane Reade or a Starbucks, according to Darius Solomon, the Prudential Douglas Elliman broker marketing the property.
