Atlantic Yards suit dismissed

State Supreme Court Judge Walter B. Tolub dismissed a lawsuit yesterday brought against the Empire State Development Corporation over the packages the agency offered to tenants who are to be displaced via eminent domain to make way for Forest City Ratner’s Atlantic Yards project in Brooklyn. The judge said the suit should have been filed in the Appellate Division of The Supreme Court, and that his court did not have jurisdiction in the matter.
