Firm tracks 283 NYC brownfields

Toxics Targeting, a firm that provides environmental data about properties to prospective home or land buyers, is now tracking 1,282 brownfield sites in New York State’s various Brownfields programs. The information can help buyers determine the extent of remediation that a brownfield will need. The firm is tracking 59 sites in Manhattan, 14 in Staten Island, 54 in the Bronx, 73 in Brooklyn and 83 in Queens. TRD
