Price hikes at Nouvel’s 100 11th

Prices are rising for units at the Jean Nouvel-designed 100 11th Avenue. When the condos went on sale less than two months ago, they were priced at $2,200 a square foot, but they’re now going for around $2,350 a square foot. Almost 60 percent of the building’s 72 units are in contract. “We started amending [prices] the first week.
