Starrett City residents rally in Albany

Residents of Brooklyn’s massive affordable housing complex Starrett City rallied outside Senate majority leader Joe Bruno’s office yesterday. The residents want a bill passed that ensures Starrett City rents will remain affordable if the property is sold to investor David Bistricer, who has bid $1.3 billion for the complex.
