Moscow named priciest city

Moscow is the world’s most expensive city to live in, according to a study conducted by Mercer Human Resource Consulting. The Russian city’s average cost of living is 34.4 percent higher than New York’s. Los Angeles and New York were the only two North American cities to make it to the top 50 this year. According to the list, New York is the 15th most expensive city to live in. Last year, it was ranked the 10th most expensive city in the world.
