Work at WTC 3 and 4 goes 24-7

Edging closer to its Dec. 31st deadline to hand over World Trade Center
Towers 3 and 4, the Port Authority has begun working 24-7 to compete
building at the site. If the Port Authority cannot turn over the site
by the deadline, it will owe developer Silverstein Properties $300,000
for each day it is late.
