Self-storage developer sells Village townhouse for $13M

Self-storage developer Adam Gordon has sold his Greenwich Village townhouse at 92 Jane Street for $13.4 million, according to public records. Gordon, who has built storage facilities in under-developed neighborhoods around Brooklyn, originally asked for $16.5 million for the four-story, 5,000-square foot home.
