Yonkers developer offers rental discount with YouTube video contest

Renters could win $3,366 towards their rent have the chance to win
money towards rent in a new downtown Yonkers building by submitting a
YouTube video for a contest themed “I Gotta Move.” The most creative
video wins the rent reduction in MetroPartnerships’ 170-unit building
at 66 Main Street.
The developer hopes the contest will attract younger people to the
10-story building, where rents range from $1,400 for a studio to $3,200
for a two-bedroom unit.
