DirecTV moves to One Rockefeller

California-based broadcast satellite company DirecTV has taken 64,475 square feet of office space in One Rockefeller Plaza. It will take the entire fifth, sixth and seventh floors of the Class A tower, built in 1937. Cushman & Wakefield represented DirecTV in the 15-year lease, while landlord Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Peter Brindley and Ted Koltis. TRD
