Vegas investor buys at Plaza for $14M

Arthur Spector, founder and chairman of the Las Vegas-based time-share resort business of ASNY Corp., has purchased a condo at the Plaza for $14.11 million, according to city records posted today. Last year, Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s Whitehall property fund bought a majority stake in ASNY. ASNY’s main business is Consolidated Resorts Inc. Also posted today was a deed for a $13.17 million unit bought by Greenberg Traurig attorney Paul Schindler and his wife Jane. TRD
