The Kibel Company and Toll Brothers plan to build a 130-unit condominium called 303 East 33rd Street. Sales are expected to begin in the spring or summer of 2008, and the project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2009. The partnership is hiring Cantor Pecorella to handle sales and marketing for the project. In a $56.65 million deal, Kibel transferred the site to a joint venture with Toll Brothers. Kibel manages six New York City buildings, including 300 East 51st Street, the first building damaged in Saturday’s crane accident. TRD
