2006 murder of real estate fraudster may have been suicide

Two men are being held in the case of murdered millionaire Andrew Kissel, who was killed in April 2006 shortly before he was set to plead guilty to federal real-estate fraud charges. Authorities say Kissel may have paid his chauffeur and another man to kill him. Driver Carlos Trujillo and his cousin, Leonard Trujillo, are being held on the charge conspiracy to commit murder, while only Leonard Trujillo has been charged with murder.
