Moby offers $75K for help selling his pad

Remember that El Dorado four-story penthouse that the musician Moby showed off on a Real Deal video last year? He’s now offering $75,000 to his friends and apparently anyone else who can help him sell the place for $7.5 million. That would net him a $3 million profit from what he paid a couple years ago, minus a big renovation. Moby actually found a buyer for the Central Park West pad, but the co-op board rejected the person in January. So Moby, despite being busy with the release of a new album this week, sent an email out to friends on Friday asking for help.
