A leasing office has opened in the lobby of 20 Exchange Place, a 57-story converted art deco building in the Financial District that offers 350 tower apartments in its first phase. The former City Bank Farmers Trust Building was the world’s fourth tallest building when it was built in 1931. The tower units range from studios to two-bedrooms, with rents that start at $2,500. Amenities include a doorman, concierge, valet and fitness center. The developer, Metro Loft Management, also did the conversion at the Crest at 63 Wall Street. TRD
