Although developer the Durst Organization received a temporary certificate of occupancy for the first 18 floors of One Bryant Park on Friday, the tower’s official grand opening will not take place until the lobby is built out, which is expected sometime in spring 2009. The building’s anchor tenant, Bank of America, occupies all of the floors given the TCoO, and employees have already begun moving in to some. Floor 37 is the only level of the 54-story office tower that is not leased. It is on the market as a single office space. Floor 51 will be the last to get built out, sometime around the end of 2008.
