A penthouse at 15 Central Park West has sold for $22.05 million, according to city records posted today. The buyer of PH40A, a 5,398-square-foot four-bedroom, is listed on the deed as Alko Group. An international conglomerate of 40 manufacturing companies named the AL-KO Group is based in Germany. Yesterday, the neighboring penthouse closed for $21.5 million.
