LIC mystery condo revealed

Some info about a tower known as Long Island City’s Mystery Building has finally started trickling out. The tower rising at the foot of the Pulaski Bridge, just across from Brooklyn, has been named “The L Haus.” Prudential Douglas Elliman is marketing the condos, which will reportedly cost $600-$700 per square foot.
