Sizes range from 552 to 2,173 square feet. Three floors were added to the building to make it 12 stories. The red-brick building is in a historic district and has a private landscaped courtyard. The developer is YL Equities (named for partner Yair Levy), which built the Fulton Chambers at 102 Fulton Street, the Croft Building at 29 John Street and 620 Sixth Avenue.
