Speyer tops list of NYC real estate players

Speyer’s power has been recognized by a top ranking in the New York Observer’s list of the 100 Most Powerful People in New York Real Estate. Other developers include No. 3 Stephen Ross, CEO of Related Companies; No. 4 Marc Holliday, CEO of SL Green; No. 8 Bruce Ratner, chairman of Forest City Ratner Companies; No. 9 Douglas Durst; No. 14 Mort Zuckerman, chairman of Boston Properties; No. 17 Arthur Zeckendorf, Owner and Co-chairman of Zeckendorf Realty; No. 18 Miki Naftali, CEO of Elad Properties, and No. 19 Sheldon Solow. Landlords include No. 33 Bill Rudin and No. 66 Lloyd Goldman. Marketer Michael Shvo got the last spot on the list, No. 100.
