A property known as the Bluhdorn estate in the Westchester town of Bedford has seen its price cut again. It originally listed a year ago for $42 million for 64 acres. Six months later it shrank to 25 acres and re-listed for $30 million. Now the restored 23-room Georgian mansion is selling for $20 million. The 20,000-square-foot property has 10 bedrooms, 10-plus bathrooms, a two-bedroom pool house, a greenhouse, a staff house and formal gardens. A 6,000-square-foot guesthouse with a tennis court and 30 vacant acres are being sold separately.
