Russian Valery Kogan, chairman of East Line Group, which operates Moscow’s Domodedovo International Airport, plans a 54,000-square-foot mansion in Greenwich, Conn., with 26 bathrooms, enough room to park 12 cars and accommodate 300 guests. The mansion would be four times the size of the largest home on Simmons Lane in Greenwich, and residents are urging the Greenwich Zoning and Planning Commission to deny a building permit for the “eyesore.” Kogan also plans to build a $50 million home on Israel’s coast.
