Rem Koolhaas is coming to Manhattan in the form of a 20-story building at 23 East 22nd Street, next to One Madison Park. The plans for the building won’t be released until mid-to-late June, but it may include “zigzag units with different ceiling heights” and “balconies that stretch across multiple floors.” Koolhaas is the principal of the Office for Metropolitan Architecture and author of “Delirious New York.” The Real Deal took a look at Koolhaas’ project in February.
