Chocolatier coming to Greenpoint

Chocolatier MarieBelle New York and Web site design firm BlenderBox
have signed leases at the Flour & Sugar Building at 33 Nassau
Avenue in Greenpoint, which is getting renovated. MarieBelle leased a
10,000-square-foot space with private elevator on the second floor as a
manufacturing location, and BlenderBox signed for 7,700 square feet on
the third floor. BlenderBox plans to move its operations from North
10th Street in Williamsburg to 33 Nassau after the space gets a custom
build-out. The Flour & Sugar Building is a three-story,
88,000-square-foot mixed-used property slated for September occupancy. TRD
