Swig offers high-end furnishings at Sheffield57

To attract new buyers, Kent Swig is offering a swanky new amenity for the controversial conversion Sheffield57. Buyers can now opt to have their condos fully furnished, right down to the bottle openers. They can choose from pre-designed apartment set-ups based on imagined personalities and different price points. An unfurnished unit will cost $825,000, but for just $75,000 more, buyers can have their homes decorated as “The Designer,” by boutique design firm Haus Interior, resplendent with vibrant colors and West Elm and Jonathon Adler items.
