Design firm takes Madison Ave. showroom

Interior design company Domus Design Collection has signed a 15-year lease for 27,950 square feet at 136 Madison Avenue and 31st Street, paying around $200 per square foot. The space is located on the ground floor and the basement of the 16-story, 280,000-square-foot office building, which is owned by the principals of GVA Williams, along with other investors. Domus Design will renovate the space and move in by the end of the year. TRD
