DOB to retest concrete after investigation 

After learning that concrete testing company Testwell Laboratories allegedly falsified results, the Department of Buildings is working to determine how extensively it needs to test the strength of concrete in buildings that are both under construction and already completed. The DOB says it won’t know how many buildings to test until the investigation is over. The new Yankee Stadium and Freedom Tower are among the buildings where investigators found irregularities in testing.
