Watch retailer moving to Madison Ave.

Tourneau, the luxury watch retailer, is moving to Macklowe Properties’ 510 Madison Avenue, where it will open a 3,300-square-foot flagship store. Tourneau is moving from 12 East 57th Street. Robert K. Futterman of RKF & Associates and Marshall Felenstein of Felenstein, Was & Associates represented Tourneau. Macklowe was represented in-house by Jason Grebin and Andrew Lazarus. TRD
