When apartments in the same building become available at the same time, some brokers suggest working together in setting prices and marketing strategies to make sure one place doesn’t compare negatively to the other. Brokers say a perk to cooperating with your neighbors is scheduling open houses at the same time, which usually draws more people. Seeing that many apartments are available in the same building, however, can also make a buyer suspicious.
