Chelsea Stratus commercial condo sells for $27M

A commercial condo at the Chelsea Stratus at 101 West 24th Street and Sixth Avenue sold for $27 million. LCOR, the developer, sold the unit to Comjem Associates, which leases and manages commercial properties around the city. The 40-story tower, Chelsea’s tallest, has a total of 17,000 square feet ground-floor of retail as well as 1,500 square feet in the basement. The price of the building’s remaining residential unit, a penthouse, was recently cut from $2.865 million to $2.675 million. TRD
