Trump raises prices at Trump Park Avenue

Donald Trump has raised the prices of three Trump Park Avenue apartments at 502 Park Avenue which have all been on the market over 900 days. Penthouse 23 increased in price from $21.78 million to $31.12 million, penthouse 24 went from $20.43 million to $31 million and apartment 19A jumped from $9.63 million to $14.45 million. A few weeks ago, Trump hired a Russian broker to market a duplex in the building, and increased its price to $51 million.
