Investor buys three upstate shopping centers

International investor Erez Capital Fund bought three shopping centers in upstate New York from WP Realty for $30.5 million. Erez purchased the Irondequoit Plaza in Irondequoit, N.Y.; St. Lawrence Plaza in Massena, N.Y.; and Saranac Lake Shopping Center in Saranac Lake, N.Y.
