Brokers kept busy during summer 

During the summer slowdown, brokers in New York City have kept busy with foreign and first-time buyers looking for property. Some of these buyers are taking advantage of the flexible prices and perks offered by landlords, but face trouble when it comes to securing financing. To move deals along, some brokers have been working with lenders and clients to improve credit scores and look at other options to get mortgage approvals.
