Blythe Masters, head of global
commodities at JPMorgan Chase, has lowered the price of her
6,800-square-foot townhouse at 150 Reade Street, between Greenwich and
Hudson streets, to $11.9 million. Masters listed the unit for $14
million last month. Warburg Realty’s Linda Reiner and Lisa Silverman
have the listing. Meanwhile, Linda Formo Brandes, ex-wife of billionaire investor Charles Brandes, paid $10 million for a duplex at 515 Park Avenue, at 60th Street.
