four-bedroom, four-bath co-op at 983 Park Avenue, at 83rd Street. The price of unit 7A was cut by $755,000, and is now listed at $5.995 million, down
from $6.75 million. The prewar apartment, which has a fireplace, is now
20 percent lower than its original September 2008 listing of $7.5
