Biggest price cut of the day

The unit with the biggest price cut in Manhattan today is a
four-bedroom, five-bath condo at 43 Clarkson Street, between Greenwich
and Hudson streets, in the West Village. The price of the
5,500-square-foot unit was cut by $1.245 million, and is now on the
market for $7.75 million. This is Penthouse R’s third price cut,
and it is now 22 percent lower than its original price of $9.95
