Biggest price cut of the day

The unit with the biggest price cut today in Manhattan is an
8,766-square-foot townhouse at 13 East 71st Street, between Fifth and
Madison avenues. The price of the five-story townhouse was cut by $6
million, and is now on the market at $18.95 million. The house, which
has an elevator, is now listed at 24 percent lower than its original price
