Kenneth Cole sells UWS penthouse

Fashion designer Kenneth Cole has
sold his penthouse at 101 West 79th Street, between Columbus and
Amsterdam avenues, for more than $6 million lower than its original
asking price. The 2,700-square-foot home sold for $12.5 million to
Fundo Azul LLC. Cole’s four-bedroom penthouse was originally listed at
$18.95 million, but reduced to $16.95 million in December.
