The unit with the biggest price cut
today in Manhattan is a four-bedroom, four-bath condo at the Park
Millennium, 111 West 67th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The
price of apartment 21D was cut by $1.905 million, and the apartment is now on the market for $11.995
million. The price is almost 14 percent lower than its original listing
price of $13.9 million in May. Park Millennium Real Estate’s Suzanne
Johansson has the listing. Singer Jon Bon Jovi lived in the building,
between Broadway and Columbus Avenue, until March when he sold his unit
for $5.48 million. TRD
