The unit with the biggest price cut in Manhattan today is a
five-bedroom, five-bath condo at the Galleria, 117 East 57th Street
between Park and Lexington avenues. The price of unit 50AB was cut by $4
million, and it is now on the market for $18 million. The price is now
18 percent lower than its original listing price of $22 million in
July. The unit is two combined apartments that make up a
