“Ghost town” on Riverdale Avenue

Residents of the Bronx neighborhood of Riverdale are worried by the retail vacancies and unfinished developments in the area. On the two blocks between 236th and 238th streets on Riverdale Avenue, there are eight vacant storefronts. The Daily News called the street a “ghost town.” Local residents have joined together to advocate for new stores.
